We had to close the windows for awhile even though the weather was beautiful, as we dealt with noisy neighbors outside the back of the apartment (where our bedroom and my home office are), but otherwise it was another nice restful day. My neck has been bothering me again so I need to step up the exercises once more, which I plan on doing as soon as I can walk properly (the foot area is improving but way too gradually). I feel like I just don't have time for everything, even words:
