The hand has improved a lot since yesterday's fall, but the right knee has gotten worse. Not sure how I'm going to shower or drive to and from the supermarket. Guess I'll just keep crying out or taking deep intakes of hissing breath. I'm not very good with pain. The ibuprofen PM kept me dopey enough during the day, but now I'm all grumpy again. I hope a good night's sleep helps. And since I'm going nowhere fast, here's some drone footage of places I'll never see even post-COVID:
