Silly Site o' the Day

I don't think it was the tasty Reuben sandwich, and I wore a mask when transferring Robin's old jackets to my neighbor, so it must have been earlier in the day when I went downstairs for some fresh air and didn't wear a coat. But I woke up today with seriously swollen glands and a sore throat. Fortunately it was a relatively light day at work, I got as much done as I needed to, and rested a lot in between. I hope this is just a 24-hour thing, we still plan on doing grocery shopping amidst Christmas Eve madness tomorrow and I'll need all my wits about me. Fortunately I don't need to go anywhere else for the next week except to the dentist on Monday, so plenty of time ahead to rest, clear my DVR, read comics, all that other good stuff I like to do on my days off. And my gift to myself came in, I redeemed 200 points in my firm's "Encore" program for a $200 AmEx gift card which Robin helped me convert into $200 credit on Amazon (I still have a bunch of points left so I might wind up doing this again as needed). Nice to be flush for the holidays, and in a good way. Say, do you need any good snowman ideas?
