Honestly, if it's not one thing it's another. Today my plantar fasciitis decided to act up. I haven't been able to put weight on the left foot properly all day without excruciating pain, and I'm back to the cane. The reassuring thing about this is, I've had it before, it acts up then disappears just about as quickly as it appeared. So by tomorrow night, maybe Thursday, I should be rid of it. And in the meantime the right knee continues to improve. Baby steps (which are about all I can manage). Speaking of babies, this is adorable:
