Silly Site o' the Day

The plantar fasciitis persists, but I have had periods of no pain today so it's starting to ease and/or becoming the "sisterhood of the travelling foot pain" as the discomfort moves to different areas of the foot making wearing a brace pretty useless. However, keeping my sneakers on in the house during my workday does seem to help, so that's the way I'm going for the next couple of days before going back to the supportive slippers. I was able to stand in the kitchen without pain long enough to make a salad and, while I had to toss most of the herbs I bought, I look forward to being well enough to cook again soon. Although I probably won't be making any of these any time soon.
