Happy Groundhog Day! Rather tastelessly evoking all the natural disasters going on in the world, Punxsutawney Phil's handlers (whom I don't envy today, Phil was not the tamest little groundhog in the world this morning) claim their charge has seen his shadow and we're due for four more years of manmade disaster, at least in this country and the Middle East...
