Silly Site o' the Day

The bad news is, my A1C has gone up more than I'd like, which doesn't really surprise me (and it's still under the magic number of 7). The good news is, my cardiologist and I have a plan going forward in terms of exercise and other monitoring, and I don't have to see her for another year. Also, I had plenty to do in the office and was able to fill out my eight hours with no problem. And the commute home was pretty good considering how many folks stayed home with the kiddies to go trick-or-treating. I'm now home and showered and having eaten and wanting to collapse. Still no ridiculous influencers spotted.
