Looks like the pandemic numbers are rising again, thanks to folks who don't believe in wearing masks in indoor settings and who believe vaccines and boosters alone will protect them. I'm going into the office next Tuesday and I plan to be masked the whole time (only staying there for an hour or so before heading back to log on from home). Five out of the eight partners I support opted out of traveling down to Florida this week, at least two due to illness or the fear thereof. Looks like this sucker's with us for the long haul. Robin and I have now laid in a supply of pink and powder blue masks to join the other colors (so far we can't find shades of brown or tan in that KN95 manufacturer's catalog, but I'm on the lookout!), and it's just a matter of being smart about things and getting used to the minor inconvenience to stem a major illness.
