Yep, the back "dropped" again first thing this morning and I've been in discomfort all day. Wore the brace for the first couple hours after I got up, but haven't had any ibuprofen so I guess that means it's not tragically bad. Just annoying, like the last remnant of my fall that refuses to leave. So considering everything else that's happened in our neck of the woods today, this might be worth remembering:
