My eye is still giving me problems, and today my stomach decided to join in the fun, so it was definitely a stay-at-home-and-recover day. I cancelled plans for an annual college reunion party on Saturday (I'm in touch with so many of them on Facebook anyway that I don't really feel like I'm missing out by not attending) due to the coming nor'easter. So that leaves tomorrow for food shopping and the weekend for ironing, if the eye improves. It's almost definitely allergies, so maybe staying indoors today will do the trick. Although I can't seem to get away from political ads every time I turn on the TV. Wish they were all like this:
