Silly Site o' the Day

Very glad I didn't visit Mom on this particular day, when the wind hasn't stopped howling. It was bad enough going on the local highway (NYS Thruway) to do our grocery shopping, when I could feel my car being buffeted back and forth. With our errands over (even managed to gas up and finally mail out a FedEx envelope that's been sitting on my work laptop for a few weeks) we are now sticking close to home and getting stuff done here. I've brought some paper shopping bags into the cat room to pack up my read comics tomorrow morning, in anticipation of them going to their new forever home in the early afternoon. Thanks to Robin the microwave now looks both spic and span. All my 2022 financial stuff is printed and will be sorted into the "tax box" tomorrow and/or Monday when I catch up on finances. We finally watched Knives Out so I can see the Glass Onion "sequel" everyone's been discussing online. All that in addition to the Saturday stuff I usually do. I feel very accomplished! Although to be honest I haven't rewound any of our VHS tapes per this SNL spoof ad.
