Silly Site o' the Day

Well, as Pogo might say Friday the 13th done fall on a Friday this month, and my workload unexpectedly increased so I was busy all day, but nothing I couldn't handle. We tested negative for COVID again and I called Mom to let her know I have the self-assigned green light, but she wants me to rest my hand a bit longer so I've postponed the trip to NJ in favor of staying close to home, doing the usual grocery shopping, and taking care of things around here. I'm starting to go longer periods without the hand brace, carefully, and I'm getting better able to pinpoint exactly which movements trigger the pain so I can avoid them more easily. Typing is not one of them, thank goodness! Nor, as far as I can figure out, is petting Zed. Or any other cat that wanders into our apartment but isn't ours.
