Silly Site o' the Day

I admit it, I used to like Hallowe'en a lot more before it became this silly month-long celebration of, I want to say, bad food competition shows and adults swiping fun activities from kids? In any case, we live in an area set off from the main street that even UberEats drivers can't find, so no trick-or-treaters anyway, and the local news show that carries the parade from Greenwich Village tries way too hard to be hip (and fails), so it looks to be an early night for me since the baseball game is rained out. Plus I hit a wall somewhere around 5:30 (may have something to do with my wrist pain, which is still annoying even with the brilliant new padded brace Robin got me) so I think I'll just finish folding as much laundry as I can handle, pay the bills due the beginning of next month, and call it a night. Have fun looking at shoes.
