Silly Site o' the Day

And that's another week done, and a long weekend ahead of baseball, (English) football, shopping, cooking (maybe, weather- and mobility-dependent) and planning to visit Mom on Monday. Alas, that happens to be the day that Delicious Orchards is closed, and given my work schedule Monday is the only day that works to see Mom, so that trip will have to wait until after Labor Day. Maybe by that time the weather will cool down a bit, I'm going a little stir-crazy having to have the windows closed and the AC on all the time. I'd like them open at least a bit for Zed, who enjoys the outdoor smells and might even climb his cat tree now that his murder mittens have sharpened again.
