Silly Site o' the Day

The back pain eased enough today for me to go without the brace from mid-morning onward. Robin rigged up the commode bars so I can raise and lower myself slowly so as not to trigger the "dropping" feeling I get in my back when it goes out. But it seems the healing is mostly due to inactivity, staying inside and just walking back and forth across the flat. With any luck the pain is on its way out and there won't be any more "dropping," but time will tell. At least I'm not due for a haircut for awhile, I'd hate to wind up looking like these poor souls.
