Silly Site o' the Day

The foot wasn't hurting as much, and my back eased up by mid-afternoon, but fortunately I was able to don a Spanx-y thing before that and take care of the shopping. First off we got our "gourmet" stuff at the local place, then after breakfast I went out to support a local high school by having the kids wash my car. Boy, did it need washing! I think it's also way overdue for a paint job, so that's the next big expense after medical stuff. Then we did our regular grocery shopping, and I didn't even have to lean on the cart most of the time! And this afternoon Liverpool won the FA Cup on penalty kicks, so that was fun. Hoping for a couple more NY baseball wins, but that's a fickle thing. Meanwhile Zed has been sproinging all over the place, and I think I finally have all the newly-dusted beckoning cats and nesting dolls away from his landing spot after he walks across the top of the bookcase. Could be worse, could be bad action figures.
