Silly Site o' the Day

Happy Hallowe'en! A nothing day for us as we didn't go to holiday parties even in The Before Times and no local kids know where we live so we don't give out candy, but a very busy day for me nonetheless. This morning I did the early voting thing, then Robin and I took in Macy Park for the second week in a row and were delighted to see so many leaves still on the trees after this past week's storms, then I went to meet a fully-vaxxed-and-boostered local friend for a catch-up lunch and a bit of shopping. It almost felt normal to be a Lady Who Lunches again. Saw lots of cute kids in cuter costumes but no cool decorations I'm afraid.
