Silly Site o' the Day

The COVID numbers keep going up thanks to the Delta variant, and the public mitigation policies are changing once more. I'm going into Manhattan on Wednesday for the first time since March 2020 to see a couple partners I support before one retires, and I'm nervous as all get-out even though I'm fully vaccinated. I'll be masked on the express bus and probably as we enter the restaurant; not sure I'm going to visit the office but if I do I have to be masked there too. I could use the break, I had a major project I couldn't quite finish before I knocked off work at 12:30 today, but I got lots of home-type stuff done, including folding the laundry Robin did this morning and catching up on our finances. Thank goodness we don't own this home or have a yard, or there would have been even more to do, and I'd wind up with inadequate gardens like these.
