Sillly Site o' the Day

I could get used to these break-up-the-week vacation days. Not that we're going anywhere in this heat and pandemic, besides grocery shopping. By the time we returned my left side was aching in a number of places, from my heel up to my rib area, which I suspect may be due to the heart monitor (which has been returned. thank goodness), and the pain now has gotten so bad that I can't walk without a cane. I'm going to have to figure out how to mitigate this pain by walking differently until at least the adductor muscles recover a bit, which unfortunately means no exercise bike for a couple of days. So no seeking out interactive street art today!
