Silly Site o' the Day

White Rabbits, and Happy New Year! I keep having to remind myself that the pandemic is worse than ever in this country now, what with botched and bungled vaccine purchasing and distribution by an uncaring and incompetent administration and no national plan in place until the 20th. Just because the calendar turned over doesn't mean we're all magically free. So we have umpteen more months of isolating from friends and wearing masks and all the other necessary precautions so we can all remain alive to see each other once more when it's all over. And it breaks my heart all over again every time I hear of someone not following the guidelines because "I wanna do this" or "I don't wanna do that" because, when all is said and done, there's no way to fight against "But I wanna!" or "But I don't wanna!" So I'm in the process of taking lots of deep breaths and scaling back expectations, even those of myself. Here are some realistic New Year's resolutions. Please stay safe, everyone!
