Silly Site o' the Day

A good day of homebound accomplishments! As the numbers keep rising (we just found out our very good CT friends Tom and Lili have both been through the COVID wringer) we're doing everything we can to stay inside (apart from taking out the trash, going for a brief masked walk, getting the mail and going straight back upstairs) and avoid any in-person shopping other than groceries. So I've ordered the requisite number of "world" stamps and went sorting through my leftover card collection today, figuring to send the holiday and some blank cards to my list along with our 2020 Riggs Residence Roundup. Robin installed Office 365 (now calling itself Microsoft 365) on both our Macs this afternoon, and lo and behold my Office apps work perfectly once again; no more crashing when I try to sort a list in Excel! I downloaded a Word template for the Roundup, which I'll start writing tomorrow (and where I hope not to compare 2020 to any of this), and all the leftover washing up (containers, a saucepan, that sort of thing) is done freeing the cooking area for tomorrow's English breakfast.
