Silly Site o' the Day

Rough night last night with the knee. It just wouldn't stop hurting, brace or no, no matter what position I chose. At least the pain is now localized to the actual middle of the knee, patella, whatever, and there's no more swelling, but I cannot bend it to a 90-degree angle without quite a bit of discomfort. It got better during the day today but I wore the brace until just a few minutes ago. Hope I can make our special "bonus shopping" trip tomorrow morning and the regular grocery shopping on Sunday, those are both so dependent on me being able to work the pedals, and this is the exact kind of injury that makes doing that extremely painful.
