Well, that's a disappointment. My knee has swollen up again, and I can't get around today without my cane. And I was fine until now! I can't figure out how this happened. Maybe trying to do my back strengthening exercises too soon? So I'm back to RICE (rest, icing, compression, elevation) and hoping for the best, although I'm less than thrilled with the compression brace, it's starting to itch. If I wanted something itchy on my legs, I'd go for these chicken leg socks!
