Silly Site o' the Day

My knees both woke up feeling fine, so I did a short walk around the block (too humid for much more) before work, and even had the energy to try to make a salad using some canned goods from the larder, right up until I realized the cans had all expired years ago. Shopping list updated, salad repurposed to include beets and physalis (aka goldenberries), all's well. Except I feel drugged. I'll be happy when this season is over, even the animals are melting.
