Today was not good. Turns out I did need the ibuprofen after all, plus I had some questionable food (meaning items that had sat in the freezer and fridge perhaps too long) for dinner. So essentially I've been up since 3 AM, first with intense shoulder pain then practically sleepwalking through our Old Folks' Hour grocery shopping (which nearly did in Robin, who's not doing well either) then in the bathroom at least a half dozen times throughout the day. I'm totally spent, I have no idea how I got through my work (but I always seem to, work ethic triumphs over illness I guess), but I definitely need some sleep now! Maybe if I dream of kinetic boats...
