Today was a very bad foot day indeed. My coworker was kind enough to help carry my breakfast drinks and lunch for me while I concentrated on hauling myself around with the cane, but even that combined with a compression sock and my plantar brace really didn't do me much good, so I opted for an early exit. I've taken a regular ibuprofen and a PM variety in the hopes of getting more sleep than I got last night, and hope this is the worst of it. But enough about me, it's time you heed these warnings.
