Silly Site o' the Day

Boo! That was my left foot and leg, really throwing me for a loop. Wore a plantar brace, compression sock, walked with a cane, mainlined ibuprofen like it was going out of style, and I was still in extreme pain most of the day, as the Sisterhood of the Traveling Foot Pain hit a section where I couldn't take a step without the entire top of my foot screaming in agony. Wish I'd had an appropriate costume for it, I can think of few things scarier! But I got through the day and home (I still don't know how) and I'm probably not going in tomorrow, since elevation seems to help the most this time around. I wish baseball were still around, but for now this will have to do:
