Wonderful day for a visit down to Mom in the Jersey shore area. She's doing well, the three of us went out to lunch and then food-shopped together. Naturally I forgot to organize my shopping list and thus neglected to pick up a few items, so those will have to wait for our perishables replenishment tomorrow. I do think we're all set on the five stages of not-butter, though.
