The car passed inspection, only needing new wipers (which I was going to get anyway) and a new battery (because I don't drive it that often so it doesn't charge up the way batteries on frequently-driven cars do). My body hasn't yet passed inspection, I'm still sleeping a lot and hovering around the bathroom. Getting a lot of reading done, though! Much of it depressing. If I hear one more "thoughts and prayers" (via BoingBoing) platitude I'm going to hurl. Which I don't, that would only make me feel worse. Back to self-care...
