Silly SIte o' the Day

I don't get it. Today was going to be a good and glorious day. I slept about an hour later than usual, got up and did my wool wash and laid out my pills for the week and ordered my comics and cooked some veg for breakfast whilst Robin scorched some meat, and then... we both crashed. And the day wasn't the same, neither of us could get back on track. I broke a glass, various body parts started acting up, I just felt blah the rest of the day. We really had to push ourselves to do the outside errands in the rain, even though they didn't take long at all. I still feel unsettled. Maybe some meditation will help:
