Tried a bit of an experiment this morning, using a rolling pin to do deep tissue massage on my arches. Seemed to work nicely until this evening, when the right foot started aching a lot. I'm now wearing a neoprene heel brace on it which seems to help (as did the silicon heel brace I wore in the shower). Baby steps! Hope it's better by tomorrow, as I have some walking ahead of me, including meeting a Firesign friend for lunch and a book exchange. Bet he won't give me any books like this.
