Wow, tough day at work today. Stomach still bothering me, but at least I could hobble around with the cane. In addition to the foot problem my lower back is now killing me. I keep saying "this too shall pass" but, as with our current government, one can keep as positive an attitude as possible and it still hurts. So a sense of humor is essential.
