Silly Site o' the Day

For the past few hours I have been walking around the house with no cane, no brace, no heel nor arch support. I think I'm better, but I'm not going to chance it tomorrow, I'll probably put on the heel support again and bring the ArchGlove just in case. Still, I think this bodes well. I walked a little bit through the mall today, mostly unaided, and when I took my blood sugar numbers this morning they were down more than I'd anticipated so the body movement is doing its job. It can only get better from here! Off to watch the Oscars. Speaking of TV, while I'm not his biggest fan I have to admit I like Gordon Ramsay's Twitter responses to people who were pretty much just asking for it.
