Rest assured, dear readers, that the main reason I'm not really in blogland that much any more is because I'm having so much fun at work doing my actual day job. I'm quite serious, I'm really enjoying this job, and they love me right back. My supervisor suggested today that I stop acting like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, it ain't gonna happen. Not sure I'm able to do that, but it's nice to know I can! And I felt so good after getting so much stuff done today that I took Robin out to dinner, only there was a half hour wait so we wound up getting KFC. Ah well, sometimes in life you just have to settle. At least we're not stocking up on divorce cakes (via Serious Eats)!
