Well, that's a little better. The heel isn't throbbing nearly as badly as yesterday, and the knee is improved to the point where I can articulate it pretty fully with only minor soreness. The human body is an amazing, resilient thing. Or at least mine is. Must be that natural padding! Anyway, enough minor grumbles about my aches and pains, today is a very special day. It's my brother Jay's birthday! We'll be seeing him tomorrow night, as Mom's coming up to stay over there prior to snowbirding back to Vegas on Saturday, but I still wanted to give him a shout-out, at least via sis-in-law Kara who, I'm told, does view this blog from time to time.
