Silly Site o' the Day

Well, the 2007 baseball season is now well and truly over for most New Yorkers, the coming rains look to wash away the last remnants of the hot weather that (like the New York baseball teams) lasted much longer than it should have, between the cooling and the vinegar-filled ramekins our brief gnat infestation will soon be history and I can once more cook and eat and drink undeterred by insects, we've programmed the DVR for the new TV season and will shortly be downloading a lot of last year's stuff to DVD to make room for more... nice to have forward motion, however incremental. Continuing on yesterday's theme, Lis points to another Bible riff, the Bible in Pig Latin (that would be the Oly-hay Ible-bay). She also thinks a manga-illustrated Bible is possibly wrong, but Bible stories have been the basis of lots of comics (heck, I'm writing one myself) so that doesn't bother me too much. About 10% of Japanese are Christian, which is much higher than the percentage of Jews in the US population, so there you go.
