Silly Site o' the Day

Really sleepy again, for the third day in a row, and I slept for much of the weekend! Rob opines it's the pre-vacation tension, on the theory that worry keeps you awake and tension creates exhaustion. I'm thinking in my case that it might be the release of tension, as my boss leaves the country tomorrow and the more pre-vacation tasks we tick off and get out of the way the more tension drains out of me. On the other hand, that doesn't explain the body aches, which I imagine will be fun for seven hours on a plane, followed by a week of sleeping in much smaller beds than I'm used to. Not that I'm complaining! I'm so psyched I feel like reciting EMO haikus! EMO, explains Gerard at The Generator Blog (yeah, I'm a broken record but I really like TGB), "is a slang term used to describe a wide range of fashion styles and attitudes somewhat affiliated with emo music and its related scenes." The term is an abbreviation of the word "emotional." (By the way, speaking of people polite enough to provide glossaries to those of us hopelessly out of touch with the current zeitgeist, Justin should be made aware that CorrenteWire has its own glossary which they call the "lexicon of liberal invective," since he's busy updating Wikipedia.) Anyway, here's the EMO Haiku Generator. It's like taking a short trip through the mind of a Vogon or something. My favorite so far:
My soul rots in hell.
The blood of the fallen, pour!
God pulled the rug
Well, there you are, some happy thoughts to get you through your day.
