Second of Two

The second Manhattan day in a row, but my commute was kind to me in both directions. Got a seat on the local bus down Ninth Ave right away (only about a 6-minute wait at the transfer point), the escalator at 33rd and 8th was still operating only in the "up" direction so, instead of duplicating yesterday's walk across 33rd to 7th Avenue, I opted for 31st and 8th and took that down escalator before going through the part of the NJ Transit area of Penn Station I'd yet to explore, so that was nice. Subway came right away, got a seat as soon as I boarded, same with the local bus, so home by 6:30! Unfortunately I'm feeling a bit under the weather, lots of leg cramps and sneezing and such, so it's just as well I'll be working from home tomorrow. And now to bed!
