Silly Site o' the Day

Goodness me, that was a day and a half! We were due for our quarterly bloodwork and chose today, which was probably a mistake. We were so ill from the Manhattan-bound express bus driver that the last thing we needed was a standing-room-only lab waiting room, but we finally escaped about an hour later, got home (via a much better driver) by about 11, and had our results (all good!) by this afternoon. Then I got a bunch of stuff at work that needed immediate attention after being out for three hours, including a 5 PM surprise which I hate, so I logged off a bit grumpy. Fortunately Alton and Elizabeth were back with Quarantine Quitchen, which had been the viewing highlight of so many weeks last year, so we ended the day on a high note. Oh, and I found out Fark is still active, whence comes this article about a horse in a car at a McDonald's drive-through. Sometimes they write themselves.
