The left arm continues to bother me, and I continue to put off calling the physical therapy place around the corner because I'm just too preoccupied during the day. At least I finally got my authentication code that Social Security mailed me so I can sign up for Medicare Part A before I turn 65 in less than a month. So it gets hard to remind myself that "this too shall pass" and "I'll incorporate this minor pain the same way I've accommodated countless others" and "it'll all work out, I just need to give it time" when time does seem to be agin (and aging) me. So I just strengthen my mantras and watch soothing videos like this:
