Silly Site o' the Day

My job feels like it's winding down and building up all at the same time. I've been toying with the idea of working at least one day this month from the office, but I seem to have less and less incentive to do so, particularly as the colder months approach and this pandemic drags on and on. My goal at one time was to put in an appearance every couple weeks or so once the pandemic is over and the office lifts all restrictions, but now I can't see that happening at least until the end of the year. So I'm trying to make plans to at least secure back-up coverage for when I have to take a few hours here and there for doctor visits or mental health days. My new supervisor is working on it so I just need to hang in there until around Thanksgiving, at which time maybe I can finally make some needed appointments. I don't sound too much like an old Jewish man, do I?
