Well, that's a little better. I took a couple hours off during the work day as I'm still a bit shaky, and it's still too damn cold, but I'm feeling a darn sight healthier than I was yesterday. Not quite ready to resume a bike routine, but not tied to the bathroom any more. Small steps! And there's something else to celebrate: a new video from Randy Rainbow:
