Silly Site o' the Day

After all this time, I was finally able to hug my Mom, one month after her 90th birthday. It felt incredible. Not so incredible were all the allergens in the air. We got them washed off the car but, despite a double-dose of Flonase in the morning, couldn't quite keep them out of our throats and noses. We had to run the car's AC on the way home, it was so bad. I've never been happier that Mom lives in a somewhat sealed environment. I was able to bring Mom the surprise Admin Pro Day gift one of my partner got me, a whole bunch of goodies from Zabars (I kept the bagels, she got the babka and black & white cookies and amazing rugelach). I'm glad I didn't get her any of these gifts.
