Silly Site o' the Day

The right knee was not my friend today, although it hasn't gotten bad enough for ibuprofen. I slathered on a whole mess of voltaren after showering and that seemed to ease it somewhat, but I fear I may have to wear the brace to sleep again. We paused in our spring cleaning so Robin could take care of me, and now I'm headed off to bed as my new Vellux blanket has arrived. I may emerge from this pandemic a different person after all.
