Well, Friday the 13th done fall on a Saturday this month, so I tried to make the best of a hurting foot in the knowledge that the pain will go away as quickly and mysteriously as it appeared, and didn't berate myself over taking it easy today. Tomorrow is another day, during which we have specific spring-cleaning related plans, and then on Wednesday we get our second COVID-19 shot (the booster vaccine) so by the end of March we should finally be safe from this dreaded pandemic, after which our lives can return to The New Normal (shopping at normal hours, seeing other fully-vaccinated friends, perhaps even indoor dining once the numbers come down considerably and the disease is no longer spreading. Which we hope will happen more quickly once more folks are vaccinated; even my mom now has an appointment date! As for traveling, well, we're not big on that anyway, but I hear Alaska is ready:
