The back brace is doing its thing; today my back didn't go out first thing in the morning, it was just sore and stiff until mid-morning, and by the afternoon I don't need the brace at all. Slow recovery but I'm getting there! Can't wait to resume my daily walks again. Meanwhile, in the land of Ryan Reynolds:
