I hardly got any sleep last night, because I knew I had work to do in the morning, and the back and knee got gradually worse through the night and into this morning. But they've improved enough for me to spend a bit more time on the computer, and right now I'm flying once again on ibuprofen PM (having put muscle rub on the back sprain and Voltaren and arnica on the knee bruises) so I'd best finish this before I fall asleep in the wrong room.
