Silly Site o' the Day

We used the 2-hour window of sunshine today to venture down to our local Aldi, which has gotten even worse since the last time I was there. Unpleasant employees, self-absorbed shoppers, just godawful. But we got stuffing, er, stuff, which was all I needed, and I mailed out a bill and the last holiday card I'm sending, and got to use my MetroCard one last time before a refill, and took Robin to lunch, and all in all it was just good to get out of the house for awhile and confirm that my knee's okay again.
