The back situation is improving, way too incrementally slowly for my liking, but I tend not to over-medicate and I did a lot more walking around at work today than I'd expected to do. But it was mitigated in great part by having dinner with one of Rob's college friends over from England, which is infinitely better than playing Dungeons & Donalds (via Laughing Squid). If I stay put tomorrow and don't move too much, that should go a long way towards healing this bugger.
