Well, that's better. The new sneakers seem to have turned around my leg and foot pain, and I'm gradually improving. Let's hope my shower slippers do the same, I'm not enamored of my flip-flops (and I can't go barefoot as my feet are prone to crampinf when unprotected and on a bathmat). Still, oh my goodness, it could be a lot worse. For instance, I could be a headless woman of Hollywood (via Feministing).
